Big hit Nice balance of ingredients with crunch and chewy with the craisins. Made with fuji apples. Used the apple vinaigrette dressing which was also good. Plan to make at Christmas for a "lighter" alternative from a waldorf salad.

I use raspberry vinaigrette dressing and cucumber instead of the green onions.

I dipped the apples in orange juice to prevent browning. I served this with Orange Vinaigrette.

Some participants didn't like the green onions; maybe they could be optional.
