Healthy NO FAT Recipe I used all purpose gluten free baking mix in this recipe and these muffins turned out great. I frequently reduce the fat by half in muffin recipes using instead half no sugar added apple sauce, which works great. However, this recipe doesn't have any fat at all and is still moist and flavorful. Thanks!

A healthy snack My kids eat healthy foods for those in between snack moments, at school and home. I like the fact it has oatmeal in it, which is something my kids normally would not eat.
