Have fun experimenting with different fruit and juices in this scrumptious smoothie.

Ingredients

1 banana (large)
1 cup fresh peaches or strawberries
1 8-ounce container vanilla yogurt, low-fat
1/2 cup fruit juice

Directions

1. Put all ingredients in a blender.

2. Blend on high until smooth.

3. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve right away.

yum Very easy and cheap to make. Try frozen yogurt instead.

still tastes great without extra sugar added I would recommend using an overripe banana (much sweeter), plain yogurt vs vanilla (less sugar) and cut the juice and add extra fruit (more fiber) to make this an even healthier smoothie.

I've made these smoothies by using all the same ingredients except I use frozen yogurt instead of regular yogurt. It taste more like a shake! Delicious!!

Tasty I've also used different combinations of nectarines, blueberries, and raspberries using the apple juice. I tried this with oranges and orange juice, straining it because I don't like the pulp.
