Yummy! The whole family loved these pork chops. Did take about double the time recommended but well worth it.

The flavor was bland. I made it again at home and added some garlic, ginger and green onions and it was much more flavorful.

Cooking time listed is only for thin pork chops. We like thicker chops, so the time needed was quite a bit longer. This recipe is super-easy and it was DELICIOUS!

"Top loin" is not a phrase used in the meat case where I shopped - and the butcher was not familiar with the phrase - I simply purchased the least expensive loin - might look into the wording and just say "lean pork chop"
