Have a fruity and frosty treat! Banana, mango, and milk are blended together to make this delicious drink.

Ingredients

2 cups milk (low-fat 1%)
1 1 fresh pitted mango (or 4 Tablespoons of frozen mango juice)
1 banana (medium)
2 ice cubes

Directions

1. Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend until foamy. Serve immediately.

This should not be described as a "mango shake!" It has more grams of banana in it than the 4 tbsp of mango juice! Call it what it is: a Banana-Mango Smoothie.
