Yum! I made this with two high school classes, and they actually liked it! These kids eat hot dogs and pizza on a daily basis, so this was definitely a step in the right direction. Used a lot of basil, but the fresh does make it a little yummier even though it's still pretty good with dried basil. Also left out the walnuts and it didn't taste like it was missing anything.

This was good and made a lot. I was out of fresh basil so I used 1/2 Tablespoon of dried basil. I also used rinsed and drained black beans. Served it with fruit pizza - another yummy.
